This refund and return policy was written in plain simple wording in order to be as easy to understand as possible. After all, MyQuest is made up of a team of ordinary people that are just like you! Despite the literature in this policy, you can be sure that we will ALWAYS try our best to resolve any issues regarding the purchase of any of our products and/or services. 1. Refunds and Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us using any of the avenues available on our Contact Page and await further instructions.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Some items, services, and fees are non-refundable and/or non-exchangeable. These include:
